Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use Hippo Flippo and its website. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these terms.
Using the game
Mobile Appster gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Hippo Flippo for private, non-commercial entertainment on compatible Apple devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store rules.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the game except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except to the extent that applicable law does not allow this restriction;
- interfere with the game, website, security features or another person's use;
- use the game or website unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.
Ownership
Hippo Flippo, its software, visual design, characters, text, graphics, audio and branding are owned by Mobile Appster or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Apple App Store
Your use of the app is also subject to applicable Apple Media Services terms and App Store rules. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Hippo Flippo, except as required by law or Apple's own terms.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the game or website. We aim to keep the game available and working, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
Disclaimer
The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available”. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer rights.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Appster is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the game or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Termination
You may stop using the game at any time. Your licence ends if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including ownership and liability provisions, survive termination.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms when the game, website or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
